Staying consistent with cooking at home/eating healthy - unavoidable adhd tax?
Post Body
Been wanting to get serious about my eating habits for a long time now, I'll go through phases of actually wanting to buy groceries, cook a nice meal etc. etc.
But 99.9% of the time the thought of it just overwhelms me, the grocery shopping, the figuring out what to cook, the cleaning etc etc
I've found a middle ground buy using things like Hello Fresh and Factor, but I still order in about 40% of what I eat
Anyone have any similar tips? Any advice on whats worked for you?
