Do you know how much food it takes to sustain being 6’1? 3 meals a day and I’m still underweight. I can’t cook all that or else I’d be bent over the stove every day. “Oh, but meal prep!” Sure, and if I could run faster I’d be Usain Bolt. There’s only so many hours in the day!
I’m leaving Trader Joe’s as we speak with $50 worth of frozen foods. And this will not change. It’s either this or the $200 equivalent in takeout.
