Post Body

I've been eating healthily for the last week with the aim of losing a bit of weight and generally being healthier.

I'm pretty impatient and after 9 days I'm getting frustrated at not seeing a huge amount of progress (I realise that 9 days isn't long but it still doesn't stop my impatience)

I also "hyper focus" on food and my diet which makes it hard because thinking about food when tying to eat less of it is almost mental torture. It also means that I struggle to focus on other stuff (like work) because that consumed my mind.

Has any new got any useful advice or even just similar experiences so I know it's not just me?
