Okay. I really need your help. First my first language is French, so sorry for my mistake!
I lost almost 100 pounds from 2021 to 2023. I am a sugar addict (no joke) and to calm my anxiety, I eat, even when I feel sick from overeating. It became an habit so an infinite circle. I succeed to get over sugar and not eating when I was not hungry. That's how I loose weight: Modify my eating habits, control myself.
Since 2 months, I relapse. I gain 20 pounds. I feel ashamed of that, I am hiding to eat (seriously). There's no reason really. Eat sugar 3 days in a row and there we go, I screw it up!
I would like to start to workout. During this time, I won't think to eat and I am convinced it will helps me to feel better (physically, but mostly mentally). My problem: I am not able to do it.
I prepared 100 different workouts, saved videos, bought training clothes to encourage myself, read, I have everything to do it.
When it's time to do it: I do whatever the fuck else than my work out.
Do you have tips for me? Please?! 😅
