I've developed the perfect hack, folks.

We all have topics were super interested in here. Pick one of those topics.

You're going to go through the alphabet. For each letter name something relating to that topic.

I've done dog breeds, pokemon, fish species, snake species, reptiles, things you can buy at a grocery store, video game titles, movies, SpongeBob quotes. All kinds of things.

If it's too easy, name 2 for every letter. Or roll back to A once you hit Z.

Example (dog breed theme) A- afghan hound B- border Collie C- cavalier D- Dutch shepherd E- English bulldog Etc etc etc

Y'all this helps me stabilize the crowded high school cafeteria in my brain when I can't get focused. It helps me sleep when my brain will not shut up. I do this with my partner sometimes and it helps him sleep too. Well just take turns naming stuff for each letter. It works. Pls try. Thx.
