Does anyone have a comeback for when someone says "it only takes 2 seconds to respond back".?

It's hard to describe and explain to people how paralyzing it is to be on your phone and text people back. And now people (in this case, its one specific perso) are offended because I don't really like talking on the phone. And I don't text back regularly. And it's not just "2 seconds". Which kinda pisses me off.

Anyway, aby good comebacks?

I'll be taking a break from responding. But please don't think I don't appreciate or want your responses because I do. I enjoy the different perspectives. But I'm going to need to take a break and put the phone down.
