I love how adderall really helps me sit down and focus, and also how it helps soothe my anxiety. The one thing I can't get past, though, is how an hour after my dose, the pill forces me to commit sins against my toilet for which there is no penance.
I'm on 2x a day dose, switched to from 1x a day because I need to daily adjust my dosage due to the way I metabolize the medicine, so the 2x a day w/ pill splitter makes it easier to adjust based on how hard the last dose hit me.
I've tried upping my fiber, drinking more water, etc, but I can't seem to get that to stop. Even without the adderall, I'm prone to softness, so the medication seems to just make my already present problem worse. I eat pretty healthy, plenty of fruits and veggies, rarely eat out, keep my sodium low, don't eat much dairy (no idea if I'm lactose intolerant, but I just prefer the taste of soy milk) and previously tried fiber gummies, all to no help.
Any ideas?
