Last year I was diagnosed with adhd I tried medication but I didn’t like the idea of it and as it turns I am can survive without medication. It made me confident that I can look for other alternatives way to control my adhd.
One of things that I kept struggling with is how difficult it was for me to jump into action. Upon closer reflection I realized it was closely related to failure.
Recently I came across the concept of rejection sensitivity dysphoria, which made lots of sense. Upon researching more about it I realized I have parts of that but not all of it.
I would like to know how are you anyone you is dealing with rsd without medication or therapy.
I am working on being nicer to myself, I have tried breakdown the tasks but that doesn’t really work very well. Are there any practices or tips and tricks.
Thank you
