Background: 32M diagnosed/unmedicated/previous therapy (stopped since 2yrs)
I downloaded an app called "Clarity ADHD" and was interested in it at the start, but after a few days I found myself just brushing the notifications to add a task to my routine aside and telling myself I'll do it tomorrow.
Part of me thinks that this may be because I've lost interest and don't believe I will see any improvements if I keep going through the sessions. I just want to gather your opinions for people who have tried it, what was your experience like? Did you develop any good ha it's to manage adhd?
