Hey guys, I recently got diagnosed and put on Wellbutrin (I've been taking it for around 2 months) and started Vyvanse 5 days ago with 30mg.

• The first day, I felt the effects 4 hours in, and lasted around 6 more hours). Also, I didn't have the effect of sudden quietness in my head that a lot of people describe, but it was so much easier to stay on tasks, and the ability to start tasks I disliked but had to do was so much easier.
• The second day, the effects were much milder, and lasted around the same time.
  
• Third day was even less, and I only really felt any difference for 2-3 hours, 3 hours after I took the pill.
  
• Fourth day was similar to third.
• And now I'm kind of back to having the usual difficulties with focus, planning, distractions, etc. I can feel something really mild, but it isn't doing any good.

Anyone else have a similar experience? It's making my ever-present imposter syndrome worse. Did I get my hopes too high? Is this is as good as it gets? Is this the effect of a lower than needed dosage?
