The last few years this has gotten significantly worse. Before My fix for this issue was to simply eat the same thing, every day all week and rotate meals when went grocery shopping. This meant that i literally never wasted a single bit of food.
Now my wife cannot eat the same meal for more than 2 days so we rotate items almost daily. And this has resulted in a ton of food waste for meals i simply make...and then completely forget they exist.
What are some solutions youve tried?
We tried sticky notes. Moving foods to be more visible and a whiteboard.
