USA National Backorder for Adderall

Hello! New to the sub but have been diagnosed ADHD since childhood (34f) diagnosed at 8 years old.
I have been on and off meds here and there. Most recently I've been taking Adderall for the past year consistently.
I'm even a pharmacy tech and I'm at a loss as to what to do! So, what meds have you all been switched to during this national back order? I know I can't take Ritalin
