19M, started Ritalin two years ago, worked for 6 months then heart palpitations. Then tried straterra, which wasn’t really working and then guanfacine which I did not feel at all. Then tried concerta which worked for some time but tolerance quickly became an issue. After some time that was causing heart issues as well, and was becoming less efficient. Have been on vyvanse for past two months and has been semi ok. Does help the way it should, but crashes quickly and the crashes are horrendous no matter what I try. Tolerance also becoming an issue after upping the dosage more than once. I don’t know many other medications there are but I’m sure there’s multiple, almost feel a bit silly asking the psychiatrist to change again. More so seeking advice for someone who hasn’t been successful with the previous medications but have found a solution with diff medication. Note - adderal is not available in Australia.
