How do you make yourself get used to grating sounds?

Post Body

I swear to fuck my husband's CPAP is fucking broken or something, it isn't working worth shit. Even with it on he's snoring loud as hell, and even super quiet snoring makes me want to take a power drill to my eardrums. It needs to be looked at or replaced or somefuckingthing. Even with earplugs in I can hear him snoring. We're currently living in a motel room, so no going to the couch for one of us. Also, overall it would just be a good thing to adjust to the sound of snoring even to a small degree purely for practicality.

So, any suggestions for how to get yourself used to sounds that drive you up the wall, or better places to ask?

Thanks!
