I am in a good place mentally and I am trying to get my life back on track. By doing so, I am going to need to pay some debt off. But I can't lie, I am bad about paying stuff, especially when its debt. Dealing with those calls fill me with anxiety. I have a few things in collections and trying to figure out which to pay first is stressful.
Any advice on how to 1. once things are paid, how to not get into those positions again? 2. How to keep up with bills, still try and save, and not get money anxious? 3. Break the habit of spending on things that just give me that serotonin high?
