I am so tired of wasting my time so often. Yesterday at work I was working remotely and didn't accomplish anything, I scrolled through reddit, chatted on whatsapp went back and forth between a ton of different things, I think you guys know the drill. Afterwards I just felt so awful, I wasn't able to accomplish anything productive while also wasn't doing anything enjoyable like watching a movie, spending time with people going to the gym etc. I'm so tired of being stuck in an endless cycle of wasting my precious time doing nothing, how do I get my brain to focus on the task I'm supposed to do in the moment? Especially when said task doesn't have any particular goal such as doing the stuff you're assigned?
