Just seen a video that ADHD might be associated to childhood trauma, and it makes so much sense.

Post Body

Basically, a lot of ADHD symptoms overlap with childhood trauma symptoms, such as being disassociated from reality which can be in many forms, such as zoning out and losing focus, it also has been explained as still being stuck on the child side of the brain (sorry i don't know how to explain this part), which is due to the unresolved traumas, that's why ADHD people tend to be overly sensitive and emotionally not mature (SO FUCKING ME), they're also overlapping in the sense of lack of communication.

you need to check this, it's extremely intersting
