For a long time I have suspected that I have ADD but then noticed that a lot of people with ADD actually do something everyday while I basically bed rot for the last couple of years. Do some of you tend to be completely apathetic of doing something other than scrolling through social media all day and laying in bed? Do you have any other diagnosis like depression? Donβt get me wrong I am not trying to self diagnose myself(At least not proceeding with just self diagnosing) and I am planning to see a specialist but it is hard to find one for me personally for a couple of reasons. I would really appreciate your experience with being functional with ADD and how functional are you with and without medication. Thank you.
