And it's really hard to deviate from that. So it's either work out day, rest day, errands day, cleaning day, paper work day etc.
I don't get how people switch between so many tasks a day. It feels like nothing gets thoroughly done to me. I rather dedicate a whole day but when that's not possible because of other obligations (🙄) it really sucks.
So I basically don't know how I'm gonna focus on multiple things a day in the future. I got energy for one main thing, not multiple. Has anyone been like that and successfully changed?
