Dealing With Medication Adjustment
Post Flair (click to view more posts with a particular flair)
Post Body
Recently diagnosed and my first trial with medication (Strattera) was a major error. I'm off it now and dealing with withdrawals, which have been as bad or worse. Without being a sad sack about it, I'm having a lot of difficulty with medication adjustments and the whole trial-and-error process. Any suggestions on how to deal with it? One part of the day I'm fine, the next I can't help but dwell on past mistakes and hateful self-talk. I'm exhausted.
