Hey, I have a question for all of you regarding my career! I have ADHD, and I currently work in HR. I am finding that it is really not suited to the symptoms I experience with ADHD. My main struggle is executive dysfunction, which has caused me quite a few issues in my short HR career so far.

So, I am looking into making a career change. I am considering IT. I have always been good with computers, and I enjoy problem solving tech issues (that said, I have never done it as a part of a job). Does anybody here who works in IT find that IT is well suited to their ADHD brain? Are there any particular challenges with an IT job that might be harder for somebody with ADHD? Thanks in advance!
