What is this condition called in medical terms? Is this one of the symptoms of ADHD?

I will list a few instances that happen to me quite often:

  • I make spelling mistakes when I am anxious or nervous, even with the smallest and easiest spellings.

  • I tend to forget the smallest Excel shortcuts when I am anxious. Once, while I was on a call with a colleague at work, I literally forgot how to add a new tab in excel. It was so embarrassing.

  • When I am talking to someone new, I tend to forget the names of things. For example, if we are talking about a movie, I forget the name of the last movie I watched and say, "the movie in which X actor worked, and Y is the plot of that movie," but I completely forget the name.

PS: I don’t make any of the above mistakes when I am in relaxed state or may be working alone. In fact I feel I have good memory I remember things with dates but when I am exposed to the outer world I tend to forget. And btw I am an introvert (if that helps in knowing why and what this condition is)
