I take 80mg of Vyvanse for my ADHD after months of experimenting with my doctor. I am not a breakfast person so I usually drink a 20g protien drink with my Vyvanse, and take omega 3, a multi vitamin, and some vitamin D with it. I found this with the drink works well. However, lately I ended up having my protein drink along with a protein coffee drink (ran out of coffee at the house) and have been having much greater success for the effectiveness of the Vyvanse. So i'm suspecting that 40g of protein has been making it better than the 20g i've been taking before. What do you guys find your sweet spot to be? I'm thinking 20g has been too low for me.
I don't know id it matters but i'm a large dude, 6'4" and about 220lbs.
