I post here too often cuz I’m just an obsessive freak that needs answers or reassurance 😭

but anyways my Vyvanse will run out on the 3rd, and I’m supposed to schedule a follow-up with my psychiatrist just to make sure they’re helping when they run out. Thing is, I’ll be going camping from the 5th-11th and my mom is worried about me not having them for over a week.

I tried to reason that I’m allowed to take a day off the meds here and there so I don’t see why I couldn’t take a week off them, but she’s still worried, so here’s my question

Would it be okay to take a week off? I mean I understand dependence and withdrawal but I’ve only been on the Vyvanse for three days, and only have a 2 week supply. Even if I got withdrawal from them, as far as I’m aware it’s not that serious. Maybe some crankiness and general tiredness but I’m always tired so that wouldn’t be a problem.
