What would be a good thing to invest my time into to help my ADHD

Post Body

I’ve not actually formally been diagnosed with ADHD but show every sign of it through my research so I want to try and get myself prepared should I have it, it can take 2 years to get a diagnosis and I’m 30 years old so I can’t afford to waste any more time, I’ve gone through my life feeling like I’ve achieved nothing.

I was going to buy a lock box for my phone as I don’t think my excessive phone use helps me but after consideration, I don’t know if I should invest as how could I answer a phone call from important people, can you buy ones that can allow you access to calls even though it’s locked away in the box?

I’ve looked at other adhd aids online and I can’t see how they’d help me.

I struggle with motivation, concentration, I can’t even remember what I did 5 minutes ago either
