I live in a smaller town and don't really have a place to try on clothes. does anyone know what to look for when shopping online to make sure clothes don't aggravate my sensory issues?
Generally, I try and avoid elastic that pinches ichy material to my skin and scratchy or otherwise uncomfortable fabrics. However, other than looking at photos I don't know how to judge whether something will be comfortable.
