I want to help my fiance around the house, for her sake and mine, but I have absolutely zero drive. I don’t like being messy, I hate opening doors. I hate bending over. I hate standing. It probably sounds weird but anything that requires any amount of physical effort just sounds like a waste of my time. How do I get into a habit? Does anybody else feel this way or am I the laziest man on the planet? I will pick up eventually maybe in a week or two. I did some of it today, house looks okay. I’m okay with doing some, some is better than none and I’ve gotten better a little bit. I used to do absolutely nothing, now sometimes I do some. If I can do some over the course of 2-3 days that’s a good day for me. How do I get better? I’ve tried routines but I am all too aware I don’t have to do anything I don’t want to, so I don’t. But I WANT to be better. I just have zero drive to do anything.
TLDR, too lazy to do anything, does anybody have advice to get motivation into my life? Thanks guys
