I was officially diagnosed with ADHD in December, which was helpful for me to understand myself and how my brain works.
But, since being diagnosed…I’ve realized I have a bunch of other issues that going along with ADHD. I for sure have Ehlers-Danlos Symdrome, there is no doubt in my mind.
I realized a few months ago that I most likely have POTS. When I stand up too quickly I get easily lighted headed and I run out of breath when I bend over too fast.
Now, I’m pretty sure I also have lipedema. All of the symptoms line up, including pressure hurting a lot on my legs and arms. I’m in consistent pain, being called lazy my whole life…but really I have all these issues that I thought were normal.
Have any of you been diagnosed with these things? Where do I even start? What kind of doctor do you go to for lipedema diagnosis? I’m exhausted.
