Diagnosed with combined severe ADHD around a year ago. Now medicated (60mg elvanse 10mg Amfexa in the pm) and I would consider stable and happy at this dose medication. 70/80 percent of the time my life is a world away from where I was pre medication.

However some days, normally if I'm stressed or tired, the medication has zero affect and arguably I feel as bad as my worse days prior to diagnosis. Do others find this? It's not always due to external factors and sometimes appears what ever chemicals in my body just aren't aligned today. Appreciate everyone has bad days regardless of having ADHD or not but a bad day for me can be a very bad day. Curious to hear others experience?
