How do you manage to work out on meds?

Post Body

Meds honestly make me feel like a weakling. Something about them just seems to sap the strength from my muscles.

Not to mention I like to do HIIT (think P90X) because I don't feel like I reap the mental health benefits of working out unless I want to throw up and die by the end of the workout. So when the meds are going strong in the morning, I feel like I hit my ceiling much sooner than if I'm not taking anything.

I used to not even like having caffeine before a workout. The meds are even worse and I feel like I get gassed out much sooner than without them.
