How do you deal with “social exhaustion”, is this a common thing?
Post Body

Today was quite busy for me, woke up early to go to this event thing with my family and it was PACKED full of people. Im quite introverted and I can’t handle busy spaces so I didn’t really feel like browsing the event area and left shortly after. We spent some time at a mall, which was also very full and then when we got home, we had a full house ( family surprise guests my sister has a friend group over so it was very loud and busy ). Since I came home, all I wanted to do was be in my room with the door shut. I don’t feel anxious or anything, but It feels like I “shut down” and now I just want to be alone. Everyone else is around and socializing inside expect me. Anyone else get this feeling?
