Taking a different med for two days because my usual meds are empty & I can’t get a refill till Monday, is that bad?

Yeah title. I’m on 30mg Medikinet (Methylphenidate) daily but I still have a box of 30mg Vyvanse laying around, which is two years old now but whatever. The problem is, I really need to study for an exam so technically I can’t afford taking no meds today and on Sunday.

I went to my psychiatrist yesterday but she was closed so uh yeah. I can’t get a refill till Monday. So, my question is: Would it be bad if I took 30mg of Vyvanse today and tomorrow? How would that effect me, since my body is used to Methylphenidate and not to amphetamines? Has anybody done this before or is it dangerous in any way?
