Started Equasym XL (Ritalin LA) first week on 20mg, then 30mg first time on meds

I don't feel any different, kinda feels like placebo. Maybe too early to say? It's my first trying meds. My appetite is good and no sleep issues either. Still kinda having chaotic issues, doing many things at the same time, etc. Not listening people talking too slowly. I'm missing coffee, I used to drink at least 3 cups but the doctor said coffee might not be good with it.
