can someone please tell me some good strategies to overcome ADHD? it’s extremely hard for me to focus. for example i can’t even sit down for 5 mins to read a book without my thoughts constantly going. I KNOW i’m supposed to be applying for jobs but for some reason i can’t even do that it’s the thought of working again that just exhaust the f* out of me. I feel like i’m strapped to a seat and can’t move because my body literally won’t let me! my thoughts CONSTANTLY weigh me down. i feel like a candle burning from both ends and the only thing that’s really helping me is self reflection and journaling but even that’s starting to get repetitive because i keep saying/doing the same thing EVERYDAY!! my thoughts are controlling my everyday life!!
