As someone was unemployed for a long time, I realized how important an external structure is.
I cannot have quality sleep or a consistent sleep schedule if I don't know that I have to get up on the next day.
Unemployment leads to a disrupted sleep pattern. A disrupted sleep pattern leads to poor health. Not wanting to socialize.
I've come to the conclusion that if you have ADHD you either need to be employed and/or have a relationship to function properly. If you don't have anything that externally regulates your life, it's over for you.
