So, I am a lazy glutton and I know it. I want to change that by getting into exercise.
Just one problem: I can never seem to stick with a routine for more than a couple of days before I forget about it and lose interest.
I signed up for a gym membership, and then canceled a few months later once I realized I never used it. I also lost my job, so I wanted to minimize expenses until I got that situation sorted out.
I don't have any weights. I have some golf clubs, but the only course near me is in a gated community and it looks expensive.
One big obstacle for me is my asthma. I get exhausted pretty easily and half to rest only after a few minutes or I get light headed.
Anyone have any tips for trying to get into better shape?
