Ritalin doesn't do much. I'm start to doubt if I even have ADHD.
Post Body
Currently on 40-50mg / day of methylphenidate (ritalin). I was at 10 then 20 and 30 mg / day, last month. Never take it on the weekend.
I don't feel more organized or more efficient. I'm just as easy to distract. Most of all, my task initiation for the stuff I know I need to do is still trash. I'm late on my chores and work, like I used to be without the meds.
Only side effects are lower hunger and dry mouth at times. I don't even feel anything that strong.
