Did anyone else experience this? I am having mood swings, cramping etc. but my period is a no go.

It has been pretty regular since before trying adhd meds, but now I’m 7 days late and pregnancy tests are all negative.

/: not sure what’s going on, Or how to fix it. I feel how I usually feel as of right now when my period is coming within the next three days so if anything I’ll wait it out.

I was just hoping that other people have had a similar experience to let me know I’m not overthinking this, and it really is the medication. ):
