I really struggle with consistently applying myself to different goals and tasks I have outside of work. I can do fine at work but outside of work, if it's not physical exercise, I often struggle to consistently apply myself whether it be applying for jobs, reading a book, watching a movie, or studying for something that might help me improve my job prospects, I can't seem to consistently apply myself.
What did you find helps you actually get things done in your off time? Any strategies or tips would be appreciated.
