Increasing my dosage on guanfacine

So my Dr upped my dosage from 1 MG to 2mg on guanfacine and I'm at 300 bupropion she said is was time to increase it has any one see a difference from one to two MG just curious cause I can say I'm normal but my wife is like naa I can see when you on the pull then when I forget so I'm asking is what changes did you see or WHT should I expect
