Hello everyone. My partner (27M) has been recently diagnosed with ADHD. Our marriage is heading for divorce, and he's blaming it on the ADHD. He is medicated (since august) and is still flunking out of college, not meeting deadlines, and will likely be kicked out of his accounting program. Further, he plays fortnight hours into the day in night, ignoring other responsibilities. The only thing that the medication seems to have helped is the explosive anger, but that still comes out. He does not contribute to household chores, duties, etc. I am exhausted of fighting him. He tells me he has ADHD so I should try to understand him. Is this all the ADHD? Is he a jerk? Should I get out? Please help.
