How do you guys deal with the fog? Can you make it go away?

I feel like right now my biggest barrier is how dense my fog is every morning. Sometimes it feels like it can take all day to gain decent mental clarity. In the morning with meds, I can usually feel like I possess the focus and the motivation to do what I need to do. But because of the dense brain fog and low energy, I can’t get organized for the day because I have no visibility on my important tasks, and I waste away at least the first few hours. Caffeine doesn’t do jack shit. I can take 400 mg of caffeine at 8 am and take a 2 hour nap an hour later.

For rx stims, I alternate taking 60 mg vyvanse and 37.5 mg mydayis in a 3/4 alternating pattern.
