I’m mentally/physically burnt out from my job.. I don’t know what to do

Post Body

I’ve been working at an insurance brokerage as an account manager for almost 1.5 years at this point. I’m finally taking a vacation next week, but I have been working for almost 4 years non-stop with no vacations and various jobs.

My job is exhausting. I have 12 clients to keep up with.. I have over 14 tasks I need to do on any given client, throughout the year. I have to remember so much shit that it tears me down by the end of the week.. I’m only staying/putting up with it because the pay is awesome.

I’m mentally burnt out and checked out from this job.. however, I feel this way after a year with any job I’ve worked at. I’m not sure if it’s just me over working myself or my ADHD.

I’m currently in therapy for my ADHD/getting treatment (no medication yet). My therapist tells me this is normal for anyone with ADHD to get bored of their job within 6 months to a year. I’m bored but also burnt out. This feeling has been going on for about a month now and I just don’t know what to do…

I’m sorry for the wall of text.. I’m just venting and exhausted. Have you all been in a similar position?
