I've been taking Wellbutrin for a year and a half for an anxiety, and was diagnosed with ADHD a couple months ago. My therapist pointed out that the Wellbutrin may have actually been treating my ADHD symptoms, and reducing my anxiety that way.

I started taking Adderall a month ago and I love it. The only crash I get is tiredness, and sometimes it feels a bit too speedy if I don't eat or if I take too much caffeine. Unfortunately, my blood pressure may be too high for me to take it.

However, since I'm getting a stimulant effect from Wellbutrin, I wonder if I need to be getting an additional stimulant effect from my however, since I'm getting a stimulant effect from Wellbutrin, I wonder if I need to be getting an additional stimulant effect from my on-label ADHD medicine.

I'm wondering what experience people have had with other medicine like guanfacine nonstimulants like Atomoxetine, Effexor, Guanfacine, Clonidine etc.... In conjunction with Wellbutrin.
