With ADHD comes emotional dysregulation and me personally, I bottle everything up so I can just "get on with it" but at some point that bottle bursts. When the bottle has burst, I can't seem to stop crying. Or I'll go from kinda sad to basically pretty much suicidal/self harm thoughts and just sob, self hatred and all that follows quickly afterwards.

Is there a way to make that not happen or to improve how I emotionally react to things?
