How to catch myself before I get distracted and accidentally play sudoku for three hours straight?

Title pretty much sums it up hahaha! And to be clear, not just sudoku, that's a stand-in for goofing off without looking at the time.
I'm currently medicated and work from home with a Macbook laptop, if that's helpful context!
