Vyvanse cold turkey withdrawal advice?

I’m currently in a tricky situation. I used to take 30mg Vyvanse for four years. The recent Vyvanse shortage forced me to increase to 40mg a few months ago.

Now, there is a national Australian shortage of Vyvanse and I won’t be able to get any more of the medication after my final dose tomorrow, possibly until March.

Does anyone have any advice for withdrawing from Vyvanse please? Any tips, tricks or things to look out for will be greatly appreciated.

Update: So day one off the Vyvanse. Had a lot of trouble focusing and felt like my head was full of cotton balls. Time felt like it was passing very slowly and I was getting restless but couldn’t focus on anything.

This is a bit weird, but I had to go to the toilet a lot. But despite drinking a lot of water, I was still dehydrated. I’ve drunk 3 litres today and keep needing to go to the toilet (a lot more than usual) but I’m still dehydrated, according to the colour of my urine.

Left work early at and got home about 2:30pm. Slept until 8:00pm. Was feeling extremely hungry every few hours, which is weird for me since I usually eat twice a day.

After eating, I was very tired again and am going to sleep now. I’ll update again soon, for anyone who is interested.
