How do I stay on task cleaning my room if I have nobody here to help hold me accountable?

The title pretty much sums it up; I have a plan for how to tackle it but I'm struggling to stay disciplined on my own as far as staying focused. I feel like I need someone in here with me to say, "Hey! No, put it down!" every time I get distracted... like I'm a dog or something, lol. I've got until tomorrow evening to have my room clean because I'm having someone over who I don't particularly want to subject to my depression den at its worst. Any tips & tricks would be very much appreciated!
