Here is some context. I just quit my job and have a gap between when my job ended and starting a course to learn a trade. I was taking adderall and I slept better, had more energy, and drive to do things. I tried to go to get more adderall and the doctors said they didnt want to give me anymore because Im not working or going to school. They told me to just figure out how to deal with life like a normal person. They didn't say it like that, but thats what I got from it. I have a few addies left for days where I really need to get stuff done, but I dont want to take them unless emergency kinda thing. Is there anything I can take (over the counter) or do to help get my energy levels and sleep better? I dont really like taking sleep meds even melatonin, because if I dont get a full and good 8-9hrs of sleep I feel worse than if I didnt take it. Thank you for any tips and advise.
