Hello good evening,
I just want to see how people with ADHD doing dating.
I asked this because it's been extremely excruciating painfull and my thirties to find a to have a date.
It's excruciating painful for me who has ADHD to have a level of connection or open myself up to even have the opportunity to go out on a date.
What are techniques that could help me open up and find connection. Without being weird and awkward socially?
Also do people go out on dates in 2023 or what do they do?
